The house consists of a ground floor and a first floor. On the ground floor we find the day area to enjoy with company: the spacious living room with the open plan kitchen, the living room with facing sofas and the spacious patio with an outdoor dining area and lounge. Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped bathroom and one of the three bedrooms.
On the first floor we find the night or quiet area with another living room ideal for reading, watching TV, surfing the internet or working, the two main rooms (with 16 and 17m2 respectively) and a complete bathroom.
The central point of the house is the open plan kitchen with the dining and living rooms that leads to the patio. The patio is equipped with an outdoor dining room and lounge as well as a barbecue. It is in this area where you will do your daily life cooking, eating, enjoying a cocktail or simply reading or relaxing on the patio.
All rooms are very spacious, one of them is equipped with a double bed (150 x 190 cm²) while the other has two single beds (90 x 190 cm²) that can also be configured as a large double bed (180cm x 190cm ). All beds are new and the mattresses are made of visco-elastic memory foam.
The house was originally built in dry stone (the typical ancient building material of the area) which with its 70cm thick walls keep it cool in summer and warm in winter.
The house has air conditioning that in winter turns into heating. We are committed to our environment, that is why all the electricity the house consumes is 100% renewable with guaranteed origin.
